Hi guys! We have a problem with creating schedules for employees at our company. We have been doing it manually for a long time, and now everyone is tired of constant edits and confusion. I have heard about Shifton, which offers automatic and manual shift planning, but I cannot understand how convenient it is in practice. What do you think, will it really help? And how does the system cope if changes need to be made at the last minute? We have force majeure situations, and it is important for the system to be able to react flexibly. Does anyone have experience using Shifton in this context?

This sounds really convenient, especially considering that we often have such last-minute schedule changes. I understand that Shifton can be customized to suit any company needs, and this is a really important point. I guess for large teams where employees are constantly changing or there are some unexpected circumstances, this should be especially useful. Question: how does Shifton handle situations when employees themselves want to change their shifts? Is there a possibility of interchangeability, for example, when one employee can offer a replacement to another, and the system will automatically take this into account?
