Hello, is anyone here from the hotel business? What is the job situation like in general? We have a fairly large hotel, but we can't find permanent staff. Training new employees every time is a waste of time and resources. Have you heard anything about the EB3 visa? How could it solve the problem of staff shortages?

How long have you had this labor shortage problem? I'm a recruiter in the hospitality industry, but at a resort. A year ago, we had a similar situation, and I was actively looking for a solution to the problem. I met a woman from South Africa who came on an EB-3 visa, which led me to look for more information about it. I found an article on the eb3work website titled "How Businesses Are Filling Roles with EB-3 Workers" and realized that hiring foreigners with this visa is a brilliant idea.
