When you update a driver that was installed by a previous version of the ORite DVD, you might need to remove the old driver and install the new one. Click the Remove button to select the old driver. Click the Install button to open a new installation screen. Select the new driver you want to use, and then click the Install button. The old driver will be removed and the new driver will be installed.
The Camera Driver Update Utility is very easy to use. With it, you can update and install both new and out-of-date drivers. Just select the files you downloaded or the folders containing the drivers you want to update, and click the Update button. The updates are automatically installed, and you will never have to reinstall a driver again.
Many of the drivers on your computer will update automatically when you start the Computer or your Internet browser. However, if your update fails, click the Refresh button on the browser or your computer to make sure it is downloading the updates. Drivers on your computer might have been updated since you last installed the drivers. If your computer displays a screen telling you that the number of updates available is less than what you expected, click the Update button at the bottom of the screen.
Some drivers may not update automatically. If you click the Update button on a driver that does not update automatically, the update will start and might not finish. To update the driver manually, click the Help button in the upper right corner of the window. The Help button opens a window that will guide you through updating the driver manually.
At the bottom of each screen, click the up arrow to move down the list of updates. If there is a button to update all your drivers, click it. It will then display a list of all your drivers. If you see your camera model listed in the list, click it, and then click the Update button at the bottom. The list will then display the most current version of your driver, and you can update it with one click.

Click the Show Details button to see if there is a yellow exclamation point next to the camera status. If so, click the Download button, and then follow the steps below. If there is no exclamation point, click the Download button, and then proceed to the step below.
If the You are connected to the Internet box is not checked, your device will not automatically download and install the latest drivers. To download and install the correct driver, you will need to do so manually.
If you have already installed the latest driver, you do not need to download a new version of it. If not, you can still download the new version. To do so, select Select a Different Camera Version.
If you select another manufacturer and camera model, the Choose a Different Camera Version box will be cleared. You will be prompted to select the operating system (or other operating systems) and model you want to download the correct driver for. 827ec27edc
