Hi everyone! I've heard about the Liven app — someone I know mentioned it to me. I didn't really understand what its gimmick was. Is it like a habit tracker? Or a diary? Or something for productivity? I already have a bunch of similar apps, but they're of little use. I want something new that really helps not just tick boxes, but somehow change my internal state.
