Delivering & Returns

Delivering Policy

We make deliveries daily 12PM-5PM Mon-Fri.

If you cant meet those times we can still deliver to you just know sometimes it cant be right away. We have lives outside of Ark :)

Return & Exchange Policy

We hold the right for refunds. If you bought a item for the wrong platform or game mode then we will base the situation on how it is. We will either refund you or give you in store credit for the right platform and game mode.

​

If your wanting a refund but are in the right platform and game mode with no valid reason for a refund then most likely you will not receive one and the item will be delivered normally.
